Many of our clients now prefer this approach as they can see the benefits of dealing with one contractor rather than many different sub-contractors.
On larger or more complex projects we are able to allocate dedicated SMSTS qualified site managers who will be responsible for organising and coordinating all direct operatives and any specialist sub-contractors we may require.

Clarke Roofing is the best contractor I have worked with, I qualified as a building surveyor in 1982. Their works standard is outstanding, and attention to customer satisfaction is fantastic.
The health and safety along with the site set up was second to none. The people on site were respectful to the residents of the building and they kept the site clean and tidy. We dealt with the Site Foreman, Contracts Manager and QS on a regular basis.
