We have an ongoing training programme including continuous professional development for our operatives and office staff.

• Health & Safety Awareness
• Fire Warden

All operatives and management have relevant CSCS cards.

We also provide free training for school, college and building maintenance managers to provide them with a certificate of training for working at height and ladder access. (Please call for further information.)

As well as the above our company holds ISO‘s 9001, 14001 and 45001.

All our workforce are fully trained in their respective disciplines and our trainee slaters and tilers achieve NVQ levels of competence and receive further training under the supervision of foremen.

Inspections are regularly carried out by external assessors. Liquid Plastics operatives have attended and passed the Quality Assured training course. All staff receive training including Health and Safety, First Aid and Scaffold Awareness. CSCS and Plant operatives’ certificates are available for inspection.

We provide and run CPD courses on many different subjects in a variety of locations. Places at these events are offered free of charge to surveyors, architects and building managers. Clarke Roofing management and staff regularly attend CPD training courses held externally.
