Bauder 3-layer Warm Roof System Installation
A high-performance Bauder 3-layer warm roof system was installed, incorporating 140mm insulation to significantly enhance thermal efficiency. The project also included the installation of new white UPVC fascias on all elevations, along with matching soffits, gutters, and downpipes to improve both aesthetics and drainage functionality.
In addition to the main roof, the front porch roof was fully upgraded with a durable Bauder 2-layer roof system, ensuring long-term protection and consistency with the main structure.
