Clarke Roofing have just completed the reroof of The Polegrove Bowls Pavilion in Bexhill, East Sussex.
The existing asphalt roof was in desperate need of repair together with the parapet walls.
The flat roofing team prepared the existing roof covering, created new frames using 18mm exterior grade plywood to the abutment walls and on top of the copings which gave a nice square finish. We then installed an IKO high performance felt waterproofing system.
This overlay system comes with a 20-year guarantee keeping members and guests dry for many years to come.
