Broadlea School

Clarke Roofing installed 74 rooflights on a school roofing project on the Isle of Wight.

These were installed together with 900m2 of Soprema's warm roof system with a comprehensive tapered insulation scheme.

The existing flat roof was beginning to fail in areas and the existing insulation did not meet current regulations.

The asphalt was left in place to limit possible damage to the woodwool deck and to keep the noise levels to a minimum with a full capacity school underneath.

The new Soprema system was installed in the summer of 2019 with a 20-year guarantee.
